This Policy describes how and why BaldOver collects, processes and protects your personal information. By using BaldOver, you consent to the use of information that is collected or submitted as described in this Privacy Notice.
Type of information collected
Information that you provide to us: We collect information that you provide through your interactions with BaldOver such as creating an account, shopping, streaming or downloading content, participating in community discussion forums, providing ratings or reviews, and communicating with us via phone or email. The information that you provide enables us to deliver the services you request. Such information includes the following:
- Identifying information such as name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone (or mobile) number, date of birth or age and driver’s license number
- Financial information such as credit card and account numbers
- Purchase, return, or exchange information
- Your mobile device information such as device model, operating system version, device date and time, unique device identifiers and mobile network information
- How you use our sites and mobile applications, search terms, pages you visit on our website and our mobile applications and application performance
- Geo-location and in-store location
- Media Information (e.g. Advertising engagement in social, digital, and broadcast media)
- Internet Protocol address
- Special status designations (e.g., Teacher, College Student, Military)
- Language preferences
- Other data that we are required or entitled by applicable law to collect and process and that we need for your authentication or identification, or for the verification of the data we collect
Information that we collect automatically: We automatically collect certain types of information about your use of BaldOver, including information about your interaction with content and services available through BaldOver. Information automatically collected includes:
- Location and device information, such as your IP address, location data of your mobile device, type of mobile device you use, your device operating system, browser type and other connectivity data
- Browsing information, such as statistics regarding your use of services from BaldOver, information on data traffic to and from websites including referring websites, information on advertisements, your access times, your browser history data, your language settings, and your weblog information. Like many websites, we use cookies, web beacons and other unique identifiers to collect information about the use of our websites and mobile services. We use these tools to provide an integrated and more personalized shopping experience for you. As an example, cookies allow us to provide you relevant information as you use or return to our sites; web beacons allow us to know if a certain page was visited, an email was opened, or if ad banners on our websites and other sites were effective.
- Content interaction information, such as content downloads, streams, and playback details, and network details for streaming and download quality, including information about your internet service provider
- Metrics such as the occurrences of technical errors, your interactions with service features and content, your settings preferences and backup information, location of your device running an application, information about uploaded images and files such as the file name, dates, times and location of your images
- Version and time zone settings
- Purchase and content use history
- Uniform Resource Locator (URL) clickstream to, through, and from our website, including date and time, products and content you viewed or searched for, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, and page interaction information
Information that we collect from external third-party sources: We collect information about you from other sources to help us correct or supplement our records, improve the quality or personalization of our services and marketing to you, and prevent or detect fraud.
Social media information that you share with us: Our site and mobile applications include social media features, such as Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter. These features may collect information about you such as your IP address and which page you are visiting on our site. They may set a cookie or employ other tracking technologies to accomplish this. Social media features may be hosted by a third party. Your interactions with those features are governed by the privacy policies of the companies that provide them.
How your information is used
We use your personal information to provide you services and to help us personalize and improve our services to you. We also use your personal information to support our business functions, such as fraud prevention, marketing, and legal functions. Some of the ways in which your information is used include:

How your information is shared
We will only share your information as described below.
- BaldOver subsidiaries and affiliates: We share the information we collect with our subsidiaries and affiliates for business and operations purposes.
- Third-party service providers: We share information with third party providers to perform their functions. Examples include government or law enforcement agencies, merchants, co-marketers, distributors, advertising networks, payment services providers, internet service providers, data analytics providers, operating systems and platforms, fraud protection and prevention providers, and delivery services providers.
- Products and services offered by other businesses: We allow other businesses to make their products or services available to our users. You may purchase products or services from these other businesses through our websites or mobile services. When you purchase such products or services we will share personal information related to your purchase with those businesses.
- Business transfers: We may transfer your information in the event of a sale, merger, acquisitions, bankruptcy or other reorganization.
- Your request: At your direction or request, or when you otherwise consent, we may share your information.
- Advertisers: We may share aggregated or non-identifiable information with other companies, such as publishers, advertisers, measurement analytics providers, and others. We do not share information that directly identifies you such as name or email address with these companies. Instead, we share information that does not directly identify you like a cookie or other device identifier. We also allow companies that show advertisements on our webpages or our apps to collect information from your browsers or devices through the use of cookies or other technologies. Other companies' use of cookies and other data collection technologies are subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Like many companies, we may allow cookie matching with select partners. However, these parties are not authorized to access information from BaldOver cookies.
- Legal requirement and protection of BaldOver and others: We may share the information we collect when we believe disclosure is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our term of use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of BaldOver, our users, or others.
How your information is protected
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. When we collect or transmit sensitive information such as a credit or debit card number, we use industry standard methods to protect that information. However, no e-commerce solution, website, mobile application, database or system is completely secure or “hacker proof.” You are also responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your personal information against unauthorized disclosure or misuse.It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computers, devices, and applications. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
Children’s privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under the age of 18 without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian. If you are under 18, you may use BaldOver only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
How do you access and update your personal information?
You can access or update your information, including your name, address, billing, profile information and purchase history by logging into your account.
What choices do you have?
You have choices about how we collect, use, and share your personal information.
- Promotional emails: You may choose not to receive promotional emails from us by following the instructions contained in any of the promotional emails we send or by logging into your account and adjusting your email preferences. Note that even if you unsubscribe from promotional email messages, we may still email you non-promotional / operational emails related to your account and your transactions on BaldOver. You may update your subscription preferences at any time.
- Device data: You may manage how your mobile device and mobile browser share certain device data with BaldOver, as well as how your mobile browser handles cookies by adjusting the privacy and security settings on your mobile device. Refer to the instructions provided by your mobile service provider or the manufacturer of your device to learn how to adjust your settings. When you first visit or use BaldOver we may request permission to collect and use your device’s precise geolocation. You can opt not to permit the collection of this information, or permit it only when using the mobile app, but it may limit certain functions or features that would otherwise be available to you.. You can control how and whether we collect your precise geolocation information through your device’s settings.
- Cookies, Tracking, and Interest-Based Advertising: The help function of your browser should contain instructions on how to set your device to accept all cookies, to notify you when a cookie is issued or to not receive cookies at any time. If you set your device to not receive cookies at any time, certain personalized services cannot be provided to you, and accordingly, you may not be able to take full advantage of all of our features.
To opt-out of the vendors we use for cross-device linking, go to the Digital Advertising Alliance’s Choices page at www.aboutads.info/choices and perform a global opt-out on each browser and device that you would like to be opted out on. Opting out in this manner means that the browser on the device from which you opt-out will no longer receive information collected on devices linked to it, that devices linked to it will not receive information collected from the opted-out device, and that the vendor will not transfer information collected from the opted-out device to a third party. Please note that this will not opt you out of cross-device linking or advertising across linked devices based solely on your visits to BaldOver websites or apps, or your interaction with advertisements for BaldOver delivered by BaldOver.
To opt-out of our interest-based advertising for BaldOver or those of another party, online and in third-party mobile applications, visit Digital Advertising Alliance’s Choices page and perform a global opt-out. Options you select are browser and device specific.
To learn more about Interest-Based Advertising, visit the Network Advertising Initiative website and the Digital Advertising Alliance website. The opt-out tool described above is cookie-based. Therefore, the opt-out will only function if your browser is set to accept third-party cookies, and it may not function where cookies are automatically disabled or removed. If you delete cookies, change your browser settings, switch browsers or computers, or use another operating system, you will need to opt-out again.
- Do not track: Some browsers have a “do not track” feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. At this time, we do not respond to browser “do not track” signals, but we do provide you the option to opt-out of interest based advertising (see above for opt-out information).

Notification of Changes.
Our business changes constantly and our Privacy Notice will change accordingly. You should check our Site frequently to view recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Notice applies to all information that we have about you and your account.
If we decide to change our email practices, we will post those changes to the Site so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.

The BaldOver Privacy Notice describes the personal information that we collect, the sources from which we collect it, the purposes for which we use it, the limited circumstances under which we share personal information, and with whom we share it. The additional disclosures in this Notice are required by the CCPA.

No sale of personal information
BaldOver did not sell any personal information of consumers in the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Notice, as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
No Discrimination
BaldOver will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising their rights under the CCPA.
